![]() Author has written 3 stories for My Little Pony, and Zootopia. Hello there! You have stumbled upon my account, which means I must be doing something right. During the school year I will only read, no writing from September to June (unless I feel like making a Christmas special). -Edit: So, school's out forever. I'll write when I want, which may be never, but I won't delete anything. My stories will either be small one-shots or they will feature a character of my own design: tOS (sometimes both, maybe even neither). He is a Dimensional Warrior that travels between stories as if they are different universes, picking something new up with every new world (different magics and forms). Specifics about tOS will be posted when they are finalized and are likely available upon request. Many of my fics will involve Disney characters and shows, but I can just as easily write about ponies and other such stuff. I always proofread my work, I do not use a beta reader. If you find any mistakes, please let me know about them! That includes continuity errors. If I write something that does not follow the canon universe or the commonly accepted fanon, I want to know! Small things will be overlooked, like buck teeth that serve no actual purpose, but if I miss something big like someone's name or job, tell me what was wrong. My work will not involve anything kinky, but language will not be censored. tOS will treat an F-bomb like a dance move and "drop it like it's hot" when need be. I am also not very good at hidden innuendo, so much of my work will be family friendly in that respect. My plan for my "tOS:Dimensional Warrior" series of fics will have a specific order, but will not be written in that order. Also I am hoping you will be able to read any single one without needing to see the others. Shows without a continuity will take place after the ones that do, and many of the earlier places will be revisited when he has gained experience. I have a youtube channel that goes by "tosdude". I do not currently post anything to do with a fandom, however I do have gaming videos/streams and technology reviews. Keep in mind all of what I do is on a minimal income budget. Videos are recorded on either an iPod or an old WinTV tuner. I plan to not delete any of my content unless there is a good reason (ex: violating terms of service). Original versions of any rewrites will stay on my profile in case anyone wants to see how I improve. All shipping is fair game for me, even some that don't really make sense (shipping emotions for example). This is partially a personal experiment to see if I can get better at putting my thoughts to paper (or server as it were). (Have fun looking for both obvious and discreet references to different media in my bio! More will be added as I go!) January 22 2018, posted as a review of "A Mending Soul": A few years ago, I started reading this story. I maybe got to the early part of season 2, but had quite a lot of schoolwork to deal with, so I left fanfiction for a while. Eventually I got back into it, but I left this story alone, ultimately forgetting many key points and storylines. You did request some OC's, and ideas for other characters to add. I used that chance to try and create a mildly overpowered character that I wanted to submit. Eventually, the character left overpowered compared to your canon and reached a whole other class, so I never submitted. That character is one I have now built upon and created multiple variations, potentially leading the way to an original story that I could write and publish, as well as being something to occupy my imagination during those long gaps between meaningful human interaction (otherwise known as having friends). You may be wondering where this novel of a review is going. I'll tell you now, I don't like when things are left unfinished, or at a perpetual cliffhanger. What I would like to ask of you, and anyone else who reads this with a story of their own on perpetual hiatus, is for you to finish your story. It could be some half baked "everyone died" scenario that you came up with in the shower, or you could post your thoughts on how things should have played out, letting others fill the gaps. As you can see, I have posted this on the first chapter, and will probably repost to my profile, because I'm not normally this insightful.I'm going to start re-reading this story, I don't expect an ending when I hit the final chapter, I don't even expect you to have read and acknowledged this review. I'm reading it because I remember a great story the first time around, and I would like to see how far it went. |
