My name is Michelle and i love to read (well, obviously or else i wouldn't be on a fanfiction site!)...my favorite "new" book is The Gargoyle -- absolutely amazing! Favorite books? hmmm...i love Harry Potter...the Marauders are my favorite characters (Sirius is my favorite)...The Prince's Tale is my favorite chapter in any book ever...i really hope Jo misses the HP universe and decides to write about the next generation...i also love Twilight - i get it -- it's NOT great literature and bella has to be the most pathetic excuse for a heroine EVER...but hey -- everyone needs some fluffy romance and teen angst in their life - and how can you not love the cullens at the very least? :) Favorite characters from the 2 series? Hermione -- hands down the best female character in modern lit -- seriously -- girls! be like Hermione -- NOT bella...i love sirius, lupin (really jo? you just HAD to kill the last marauder??), the weasley twins, malfoy (if only he could have redeemed himself -- i'm a huge dramione fan -- i like ron but let's face it, he is just NOT good enough for hermione), jasper, alice, edward, emmett, carlisle and rosalie... Other than Potter and Twilight, i can read pretty much anything -- love The Lovely Bones, love The Time Travelers Wife...just started reading Alice Hoffman (pretty cool) books and The Host...I've been reading some really good fallen angel type books -- Hush, Hush and Fallen are both really good -- Ever After is an amazingly good (but super sad) book...i also LOVE the Southern Vampire / Sookie Stackhouse books that True Blood is based on -- love the books -- i think the tv series pretty much sucks (with the exception of Eric, Pam and Jessica -- alan ball -- you suck at life for what you have done w/eric's character in the series -- i mean, hello -- are you head over heels in love with bill or what?!?!? sorry -- there's my TB rant)... Favorite shows? not much of a tv person but i loved Lost...love The Office...and icarly (hey -- i have kids -- what can i say!)...i'm also addicted to The Vampire Diaries (a backwards version of True Blood -- terrible books - awesome show)... Favorite movies? basically anything with Christian Bale, Johnny Depp or Gary Oldman...if one of those three actors are in it, you know it's going to be good... Favorite bands? ANBERLIN!! the most amazing band ever -- they really are and in addition to being GREAT musicians -- they're also SUPER nice AND they're Christians...awesome! i also like the Fray, Kings of Leon, All American Rejects, Jimmy Eat World, Switchfoot, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Muse, Paramore, etc. guess that's it for now (: |
