Sequel to Rehabilitate. After mobilizing the Avengers and using Anna as bait to draw Hydra out, things went seriously wrong. The team must regroup and pull their resources in order to find her before her use to Hydra runs out. While Anna fights back from the inside, James will stop at nothing to get Anya back. Hydra will pay for taking his memories and his Anya.

What if Anna was Howard's sister, and was around during the War. What if she met Bucky instead of the Winter Soldier? Just an idea that was rattling around in my brain. Has my character from Relentless but in a different setting; who knows how that will change her and her relationship with Bucky. You can read this as a stand alone if you want. Rating may change if I continue this

Steve Rogers first met Emily when she used mace to escape a HYDRA agent. It's a memorable start to a relationship to say the least. (Finally Steve/Emily story that started in my story's Relentless. Don't need to read that story to enjoy this one)

Steve gets to see Bucky for the first time after the events of Civil War. They get to talk privately, which leads them to realize their feelings to each other.

The Winter soldier has never known kindness from anyone. When he starts receiving it from the new doctor brought to Hydra against her will, it resonates in him. Even after being wiped, he remembers her face, that she is a friend, she is good. He will protect her, not because he's ordered to, but because he wants to. His heart and head aren't as heavy when she's around.

Steve leaves his coms in during debrief and Bucky takes full advantage.
