The Joker- It has been proven by Arkham Psychologists that Joker actually exists in a state of almost "super-sanity". And that he redefines his own personality every day, which explains why sometimes he appears as a horribly sadistic lunatic, and others as a simple mischievous clown, therefore making him unpredictable to everyone.
