I've been a fitness fanatic for many years. As a kid We was overweight, regularly ridiculed, and had really low self esteem on account of my weight. I'm not afraid to say that I thought about suicide on several occasions. The reason why I'm not afraid to say that is because I was able to change my ways! I started experimenting left and right with different methods of losing weight, trying all types of diets and physical exercise programs but with insurance coverage, I expected the leads to occur over night. I then started looking into about how celebrities lose tummy fat and stay in these kinds of great shape and started to learn about their custom ways of eating. Properly, enough about myself, like I said just before, I was in deep depression over these things and I'm not afraid to admit it because I changed my life completely as a result of my weight loss and know that there are people out there much like I was who have the same way. As a result of this experience, I thought to start keeping journals about my life and discussing my applying for grants weight loss products and fads in the like.
