On Harry Potter

I've been a Harry Potter fan for a long time now, and I've been writing fanfiction for almost as long, since I was on about the fourth book.

Favorite Book: Half-Blood Prince. All the backstory was so wonderful to finally read about. It was the book where everything started to come together and make sense.

Favorite Character: I really, really like Neville Longbottom and Remus Lupin.

OTP: Drastoria. I don't even really know how it happened. I never thought I would actually write a romance, but one day I sat down and thought: "What kind of idiot would marry Draco Malfoy?" and then I started to write. I fell in love with Astoria's character and Draco's perspective because I got to point out some things that Harry wouldn't notice.

Other favorite pairings: I'm not a shipper; I just like what the author gives me. So, Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Neville/Hannah, Luna/Rolf, Remus/Tonks. JK Rowling wrote it, so that's what happened and I'm not going to complain.

On Doctor Who

Honestly, I should know by now that large fandoms have a tendency to grab me by the heel and drag me down the deep, dark road of fanfiction, but I can't resist the pull. After months of being assaulted by images of bow ties, a weird blue box, and "Run," I just couldn't help myself. Sure enough, three months later, here I am writing a section for it in my profile.

Favorite Season: As of now, it's season one of the reboot. I just adore Nine.

Favorite Character: Sarah Jane, and the Ninth Doctor are tied, I think.

OTP: It took me an extraordinarily long time to adjust to the idea of Rose and the Doctor being more than friends, and now that she's gone, I can't really think about him having another romantic involvement with a companion, so I'll just say none.

The Running Man

Summary: When you take the Doctor's hand, he doesn't let go. Not really. Sarah Jane Smith knows this better then most. Several occasions after her time in the TARDIS crew was over that Sarah Jane met the Doctor. 9, 10 and eventually 11.

Other notes: The title is shamelessly stolen from Stephen King's book of the same name, which really does fit the Doctor.

Stowaway

Summary: Noun: an unregistered passenger; a person who hides aboard a ship in order to obtain free transportation.
