Noelle is a medic aboard a spaceship, the USG Ishimura, three weeks after the outbreak of the necromorph infection. With the surviving crew holed up in a section of the ship with food running low and the death toll rising, she and the others must find a way to escape. But Noelle and her fellow crew members soon learn necromorphs aren't the only things roaming the bloodied halls.
