On Halloween 1994, Harry learns his mind isn't his own. On Samhain morn, he vows to question everything. Armed with logic and an unlikely ally, Harry makes a last ditch bid to reclaim his life. The goal: survive at all costs.

Abandonment didn't sit well with Harry. Not at all. After the calamity that was the end of the Triwizard Tournament and the dismissal of his friends over the summer, he decides: enough is enough. He's done. Done with it all. He just wanted to get away. But the Wizarding world, as it happens, isn't quite finished with him. No matter how far he runs, it always catches back up to him.

Harry has had a shit life. His parents were dead, he had nearly died multiple times, he is always in the news and one of his friends hates him at the drop of a hat. To make it worse now he has to face down a dragon in the Triwizard tournament. He is done. Harry is pissed and he is going to make sure that they all know it. He is taking his stand right now. set following the pensieve incident during occlumensy, Harry has a sudden fit of the smarts and works to enlist more active aid from Snape. Unkind to Dumbledore and some Weasleys. Umbitch gets hers.
