The Earth never bore her children into the stars before they cast themselves down. The Council had no clue of the Reaper threat until they attacked. Now on the run, the Council races must flee from the ever-expanding wave of Reapers. In a last-ditch effort to get someone out of reach of the enemy, they send a Vagrant fleet far from their once civilized space to start new.
