Martin was born in 1950 and was admitted to the roll in 1976. He was for eight years a partner in a City firm before starting up the company in 1988. Although Martin excels in all places of the law, he most enjoys getting in a courtroom. He is married to Rachel who also functions in the practice. They have three youngsters one particular of whom tragically died in 2000 aged 18. Martin has appeared several occasions on Television and Radio programmes. A single of his circumstances was produced into a Crime Restricted documentary. He is also the author of "Setting Up and Managing a Tiny Practice - a Guide for Solicitors" which is published by The Law Society. His book of legal precedents was published in 2007 also by the Law Society and is now in its 2nd edition.lawyer
