I'm just gonna say that writing this felt incredibly awkward. Just laying that out there.

Alright. Hello~

I am SunflowerCity and welcome to my profile. Now you may notice that I have about two stories:

"Edge of Darkness" is a story that I started with friends about a year or two ago. As none of us have actually looked at it since, and I've fallen out of the Supernatural fandom, it will be permanently discontinued.

"Tell Goodbye I Said Hello" is an OC centric story I've just started, ha ha it's the first one I've ever written alone, so any critiques or advice would be wonderful! I would love to take this chance to improve my writing! Regardless, it is a One Piece fanfic that is based around a nonhuman OC, and it will most likely follow the plot of One Piece with some small tweaks along the way that could lead to bigger tweaks.

-- Note for TGISH: As real life has grown chaotic, my wish to update this every month has become null. I am planning for the next update to be within the next two weeks, but I'm not sure if I will be able to pull it off. I'm hopeful though. Sorry for those who were excited by my previous update record, life just isn't nice to me

-- Note as of 3/4/18: Chapter 9 is in the works but I am struggling to find motivation. I will not abandon this! (Even if I keep getting thoughts for something else) The outline is done I just need to keep going with it. Please forgive my terrible hiatus. Feel free to scream at me to continue, it'll get me going.

-- Note as of 8/5/18: I haven't abandoned this at all and don't plan to, but I'm struggling to find the momentum. (That other thing has caught my thoughts more than I planned on letting it) Again, forgive my hiatus. I don't know when I'll be able to update it, but rest assured that I will update again.

I am a simple poetry loving writer who has a bad habit of sitting on a half written story for months on end. Feel free to shout at me to hurry up, it'll motivate me as I work best under pressure~

Even though I am SunflowerCity, I am not actually from a city called Sunflower, though that would be very cool in my opinion. I come from the sunflower state though. Good 'ole Kansas. Filled with wheat, sunflowers, and people pretending to be interested in your well being. Also barbecue, that too.

As a novice writer who is looking to improve their writing, any advice is warmly welcomed! Though any reaction to a fic of mine does bring a bit of warmth to this cold heart o' mine!
