Name: Lynn Age: Wouldn't you like to know Favorite Colors: Blue, Purple, Red, Silver, and Black Fav Fictions: I like to read fics on Ninja Turtles, Charmed, Inuyasha, and General Hospital Fic Focus: Mostly Ninja Turtles and General Hospital, but I have recently become obsessed with Harry Potter as well. Ninja Turtles: I am a big TMNT fan even though I have only seen the 2003 cartoon series and the 2007 movie (after seeing the newer stuff first, I was a little disenchanted with the older movies and cartoon series). I love all of the turtles but my favorites are Raphael and Michelangelo. I sometimes like to compare Mikey and Raph to my best friend and myself because our personalities are very similar and though we pick on each other relentlessly we know that we always have each others backs. General Hospital: Warning! I am a HUGE Jasam fan and most of my fics will be severly biased towards this couple. Liason fans may read at their own risks (don't worry to much though b/c I rarely focus on Liz at all and if I do, I'm rarely mean. I don't hate her, I just don't want her with Jason!) Also Spinmax fans beware, I hate this pairing and will not hesitate to tear them apart! Harry Potter: I am absolutely, irrevocably, unabashedly in LOVE with Severus Snape. The fact that he never seemed to catch a break in canon is a constant source of annoyance to me, so I love fictions where he is treated as well as I believe that he should be. My favorite fics tend to have Severus and Harry in a mentor or father-son type relationship, though I am not really fond of many Severitus or Severitus-like fics (I like to think that Sev can love Harry without him having to be his biological son). I often have issues with the constant bias towards Gryffindor house and against Slytherin; Slytherin doesn't have the monopoly on evil students, just as Gryffindor doesn't have the monopoly on good ones. I hate fics that make all Slytherins out to be evil and all the Gryffindors to be heros, conversely however, I also don't like fics that do the exact opposite; both houses have their good points and their shortcomings. BTW are Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw virtually nonexistant, everyone puts so much focus on Grif/Sly that they often forget there there are 4 houses! Inuyasha: I have only recently started watching the anime, and have enjoyed quite a few fanfictions, but I don't see myself as ready to write anything as of yet. I am having a hard time deciding on which of the two Inubrothers that I like better; both are beyond HOT in my opinion. I think Inuyasha is adorable, and I think that he is amazingly kind-hearted and sweet to have been force to grow up the way that he did. Sesshomaru's body is enough to make my heart melt in my chest, but he's a little to cold for me. I do absolutely adore his relationship with Rin though, but I am not a fan of romantic pairings between them; that simply screams PEDOPHILIA to me (personally I think that Rin and Kohaku would make a cute couple, with Sesshy as the fear-inducing "father-in-law." Current WIP TMNT Shattered Consciousness - Raph and Leo are fighting…again. Sometimes Leo finds himself wishing that his hotheaded brother could somehow change and the fighting could stop, but when an accident leaves Raphael battered and without his memory will Leo try and bring back the brother that he has always known or will he consider this turn of events to be an answer to a prayer? Learning to Love - Raphael has come to believe that true love is nothing but a fairy tale, romance is only an idea dreamed up by novelists and Hollywood producers to make money, and that no woman in her right mind really even believes that true beauty is on the inside. For guys like him and his brothers, love was less than an illusion, it was simply unfathomable. He had tried to love before, but the outcome had left him with nothing but pain and cynicism. When Raph and his brothers come face to face with a young girl harboring a terrible and unimaginable past who has blocked herself off from the idea of friendship or love, will they be able to tear down all defenses and finally learn to love another? RaphxOC. General Hospital Journey to the Heart - Damien Spinelli thought that he had found his soulmate in Maxie, but if the true path to love was right under his nose, would the ever observant "Jackal" be able to see it? What happens when the other party is somewhat reluctant as well? SpinelliXOC, some Jasam. Harry Potter Confronting the Future: HP and the Deathly Hallows - The Golden Trio along with Neville and Luna are on their way to the Ministry of Magic to rescue Sirius, when they are magically transported into a room along with some friends and enemies. In order to be allowed to leave the room, the group must read about their future in order to make changes. One Dark Night - Harry is outside one night to pay his respects to those who lost their lives during the war, when he meets someone completely unexpected. Includes Sev/Lily romance with mostly nonexplicit mentions of sex. Coming Soon TMNT Fools Fall In Love - Explains the events that lead to Raphael's desent into depression and his distrust of humans. Prequel to Learning to Love. More info will be given when LtL gets farther. Nobody's Victim - The full story of Aniya's life that wasn't told in LtL. Brother Against Brother - AU story based off of the first part of “The Shredder Strikes” Leo has just returned from his meeting with Oroku Saki, and is confronted by his brothers. The resultant fight with Raphael ends in tragedy, and racked with guilt, Leo runs away from his home to make a new life for himself on his own. He is found by the Foot and brought to Saki who convinces him to join him in his fight for the “greater good.” Leo hopes to forget his old life and to leave his family behind where he can never hurt them again, but somehow his old life keeps coming back to haunt him.
