Since January 2013 I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Health Economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany). In addition, I am an Assistant Professor at Kyiv School of Economics (www.kse.org.ua) and a Senior Economist at Kyiv Economics Institute (www.kei.org.ua) both located in a beautiful capital of Ukraine.
