![]() Author has written 8 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Fangirl, and Carry On. Hello! Welcome to my profile! I'm 13 and now many people think I'm older but no. Read my stories down below v I like to binge watch shows. THE FLASH, ARROW ONCE UPON A TIME...STUFF LIKE THAT. Fiction isn't just stories. It's seeing things that other don't.(Mortal Instruments) It's standing up for what's right. (Hunger Games) It's breaking through barriers. (The Maze Runner) It's learning the truth of sacrifice. (Harry Potter) It's discovering your inner hero. (Percy Jackson and the Olympians) You know you're a true PJO/HOO fan when... You say "Oh my gods!" instead of "Oh my god!". You can recite both Great Prophecies by heart. You keep a pen in your pocket at all times. You have a blue plastic hairbrush for good luck. (I have two...) You wore blue and sang "Happy Birthday" to Percy Jackson on August 18th. You were freaking out on August First because you thought it was doomsday. When people ask you who your favorite book character is, you say The Seven. You laugh whenever someone says dam. You're not on team Edward or Jacob, you're on Team Leo. (Team Leo for the win, bishes!) You keep an eye on that one kid with a limp and a weird laugh, thinking he's a satyr. When you reread PJO, you look for signs of Nico di Angelo's crush. You always remember the sacrifices made across both series. (R.I.P., Bianca di Angelo, Zoë Nightshade, Charlie Beckendorf, Silena Beauregard, Ethan Nakamura, Luke Castellan, Bob the Titan, and Damasen the Giant. Let's all take a moment of silence for these guys.) You DON'T hate Piper McLean, Frank Zhang, or Jason Grace. (Let's face it, they're badass, just like the rest of the seven.) You got Blood of Olympus as soon as it came out, and are pressuring your friends to read it. (They just won't get the dam books...)Repost if any of those things apply to you. The PJO/HoO series is officially over. I want to thank every character in those books for shaping my life to be the way it is today. Without them, I wouldn't be such an avid reader. I wouldn't have such a huge interest in mythology. I'd probably be just another average kid. Thank you to the following... Thank you, Percy, for teaching me that loyalty is one of the most important things in the world. For showing me that you don't have to be perfect to be a hero. For showing me that love is when you'd fall into hell so someone wouldn't have to be alone, or dead. Thank you, Annabeth, for showing me that brains beats brawn any day. For teaching me that you don't need magic powers to be awesome. For teaching me that fear isn't something that should stop you. Thank you, Jason, for teaching me that the best leaders are the most flawed. For showing me how to take charge of a bad situation. For showing me that you choose your own path in life. Thank you, Piper, for teaching me that beauty is only skin-deep. For showing me how powerful love can be. For teaching me that being the underdog is pretty damn awesome. Thank you, Leo, for teaching me that a little laughter goes a long way. For showing me how to put the safety of others ahead of your life. For showing me that everyone finds someone in their life. Thank you, Frank, for showing me that being a little dorky and awkward is okay. For showing me that the best leaders come in the most unlikely places. For showing me that life is short, so we have to make it last. Thank you, Hazel, for teaching me that everyone deserves a second chance. For showing me that age doesn't matter when you're saving the world. For showing me that there's a little magic in all of us. Thank you, Nico, for showing me that not everyone is who they seem to be. For showing me that being gay isn't a bad thing. Thank you, Reyna, for teaching me that leadership means putting your life won the line to do what's right. For showing me how to save the world in style. Thank you, Thalia, for showing me how to save someone you love. For teaching me that family is forever. For showing me that you don't need a man to be happy. Thank you, Luke, for showing me that there's a little bit of good in all of us. For showing me how to be a real hero. For teaching me that sacrifice for the greater good can change the outcome of the worst situations. Thank you, Zoë, for teaching me how to put the past behind you. For showing me that family is who sticks by you until the end, and that your heritage and blood don't define you. Lastly, and probably most importantly, thank you, Rick Riordan. Without you, I wouldn't have met any of those characters. I wouldn't have fallen in love with the world of Percy Jackson. I wouldn't be who I am. Thank you for changing my life. |
