I would totally buy Left 4 Dead 3 if it was made.) -Halo 2, Reach, and Halo 4. (Never got the chance to play the first game *gasp*. Halo 3 bored me. :/) -The Last of Us -Batman Arkham series Probably more but has bad memory* Other -Red vs. Blue *Hugs DVD collection* -THEINTERNETBUTTHAT'SKINDOFAGIVEN ...Why the fak did I write all that? Pff...bored I guess. *shrug* "My Curse" or "A Warning to my Readers" To put it simply, I am cursed with plot bunnies. It wouldn't be so bad if the latter didn't constantly torture me until I got them down on paper! As a result, I'm going to be bouncing back and forth between stories in order to keep my sanity. Read on to see some of the things that have popped into my head as of late. (Fear not! Just because I post a new story doesn't mean I've given up on previous installments!) What's New: Red vs. You Chapter 1 is ready for you to read! Go check it out! :D More Story Info: Why hello there! If you're here, the summary of one of my stories has clearly piqued your interest, and that's just awesome. However, as we all know, the synopsis can't possibly provide enough fiction detail to aid in making or breaking the reader's desire to continue. So to give you a hand, I've taken the liberty of concocting some Q&As and/or bullet points to help you decide if you wish to give the tale a chance. :) 000 Red vs. You There was only one survivor after the Meta's brutal attack at Outpost 17-B: Private Walter Henderson. We never heard anything more about this Simulation Trooper after his interrogation with the Counselor, but it's implied that he met with an unfortunate end. After all, the Chairman's reply to the Director is rather eerie. "We were... disappointed that your Recovery force reported a total loss at Outpost 17-B. We had hoped there would be at least one soldier left, that could shed some light on the situation." And then of course, there's the Counselor's dismissal of Private Henderson. "That's alright. I know this has been difficult for you Walter. We're going to do everything we can to help you. Please, follow these men to your new quarters. You'll be with us as long as absolutely necessary. You have my word." The words don't necessarily hint at anything with malicious intent, but it's just...the way he says it. I know the Counselor's speech patterns are generally monotone but this felt a little different. What I'm getting at is...what the hell happened to Walter? 0_o The Director lied about the Outpost's survivor status, that much is obvious, but did he have the Simulation Trooper hidden to keep the secret or did he...make his report the truth? I mean, when Walter was being led away by those soldiers, it didn't feel like they were taking him to his room, but to his frickin' execution! D: -This story "uncovers" what happened to this unfortunate Private. -I'll also touch on just how the frig this guy survived his encounter with the awesomeness that is the Meta! Is he secretly a badass? Was it dumb luck? He was hiding in a cave when the Recovery force found him, so he may have never actually gone toe to toe with the growling wall of muscle. Who knows?! We'll just have to see what my confusing mind conjures up! 1.) Does this fic feature any of the main characters from Red vs. Blue? Outside of mentioning or brief appearances? 'fraid not. The main focus here is on the one-time-performing Private Walter Henderson. 2.) Will there be OCs? Yeppy yep. 3.) Any pairings to know about? Nada. If any, it would be OC/OC, not (insert RvB character here)/OC. (Note: Any romance in this story would be light, and in no way central to the plot.) 4.) Why the rating? It's Red vs. Blue. Swearing and violence comes with the territory. If it's sexual content you're concerned about, fear not. None of that here folks. Still here? Excellent! So with that out of the way, feel free to proceed! :D 000 The Adventures of (a) Yoshi -Mario and Luigi have always been there when the Mushroom Kingdom needed them most. Bowser attacks, they defeat him, rinse and repeat. But what happens when this time...they lose? The Mario Brothers and Princess Peach have been captured and Bowser is slowly making the Mushroom Kingdom a part of his empire. Three Toads have been tasked with finding another hero to put the King of Koopas back in his place. Easier said than done. But when all seems hopeless, a friendship is formed with a Yoshi that's a bit...off to say the least. -A story based off a comic I've been drawing and re-drawing since I was a kid. -Takes place in the first Paper Mario universe. (With slight changes mind you.) 1.) Does this fic feature any of the main characters from the Mario franchise? Outside of mentioning or brief appearances? 'fraid not. Well...aside from the story's climax anyways. (...spoiler? Nah.) 2.) Will there be OCs? Oh yeah. Big time. The tale is centered around Toad and Yoshi OCs. (With many other minor OCs) 3.) Any pairings to know about? Nada. If any, it would be OC/OC, not (insert Mario character here)/OC. (Note: Any romance in this story would be light, and in no way central to the plot.) 4.) Why the rating? This story includes violence, mild swearing, and some dark themes. Yeah...all that in a Mario fic. ' If it's sexual content you're concerned about, fear not. None of that here folks. Each believes the other has an unfair advantage and, as a result, choose to go on a 'strike' of sorts until changes are made. They demand an audience with the Director himself, and will accept no substitutes. Their request will be met on one condition: They must attend a session of Group Therapy. -Omagerd breaking of the 4th wall! 0: -This story will be all derp. I need some comedy to help get me back into the writing spirit. :) -Don't expect a deep, thought provoking plot. Just poops and giggles. 1.) Does this fic feature any of the main characters from Left 4 Dead? Definitely. All eight survivors will be in this wacky story. 2.) Will there be OCs? Kinda? The eight special infected are not mine, of course, but I constructed bits of their personalities. Also, there's the Psychologist who...well, you'll have to see. BD 3.) Any pairings to know about? It's up in the air as of now. Any romance that finds its way into this story will be light, and in no way central to the plot. 4.) Why the rating? It's Left 4 Dead. Why put this here? It's a sad attempt of mine to appease the plot bunnies. My brain hates me.) 000 Dead Island No title yet. :I -Based on original trailer. (You know, the one that made this game look like it was going to be emotional? So misleading. A few chapters or so...of course that is always a variable with me. : ) -That is all I'm telling! :0 000 Slender: The Eight Pages Eight Pages Later (Working title) -A group of teens decide to hop the fence and see if the Slender Man legend is true. It isn't long until panic ensues and the young adolescence quickly decide it would be a really good idea to leave the damn woods. In the mad scramble, one of the teens is injured and, consequently, left behind. There are plenty of rumors of what befalls the victims of this monster, the only question is: Which one is right? The answer, however, is surprisingly derp. -Da hell? Am I seriously making this into a comedy? Pfft...it's not like I'm the first. =P -This tale is for the funsies. :3 000 Luigi's Mansion No title for you! :0 -I friggin' love this game! However, this won't be taking place in a mansion. BLASPHEMY! I know, how dare I and all that. So where's the setting? A Carnival. OMGBRILLIANTBESTIDEAEVER. Pfft...we'll see how this turns out. BD -So. Luigi goes to meet his buds at some awesome carnival. When he arrives, he can't help but notice the place is totally abandoned. (Yet oddly in pristine condition.) A cruel prank? Was he dissed? It's anyone's guess. Still, the guy feels like he shouldn't leave until he cases the joint. Big mistake. Welcome to the Carnival (Oh gerd I will have a name for this place I swears), the largest gathering of ghosts this side of the Mushroom Kingdom. 000 Dead Space Nope. No title. Leave me alone. -A Stalker wandering aimlessly. Rarely does it join its siblings in the hunt. The urge to spread infection pulls it one way while the other direction calls for...something else. Or nothing. It's hard to say. Necromorphs are just reanimated corpses directed by infection. It's impossible for one to retain any part of its former self.
