This story takes place deep inside a secret underground S.H.I.E.L.D facility where Loki of Asgard is being held after his attempt to become ruler of Midgard (Earth). Not only is he being held here because he is an obvious security threat, S.H.I.E.L.D also has plans to try to figure out loki's mental state and see if turning him into a possible ally is an option.
