The aristocratic fox stopped right in front of the dirty, grey bunny in shackles, wearing a slight smile on his muzzle. "Rejoice, because as of today you are my property, rabbit." Judy Hopps clenched her paws and, not paying attention to the surrounding guards, servants and slave traders, spat right into his face. "I do not belong to anyone, you bastard." She snarled defiantly.

Judy and Nick had a plan to deal with Bellwether, it was a good plan, a great plan, it even worked. But even the best plans can't account for everything, and sometimes one little unexpected event can derail the best of plans and send them off in directions no one ever anticipated. Now Judy and Nick have to learn to live with the aftermath and most terrifying of all each other.

"You can call us Sylvia and Eric or Mom and Dad or Mr and Mrs Wilde. Whatever you're comfortable with," 16-year-old Judy Hopps has been in the foster care system for as long as she could remember, so when a Fox couple decides to adopt her, she cant believe her luck. That feeling is short lived, though, because of a certain Fox she now has to live with.

Nicholas Wilde is his own worst enemy. A successful international spy, his own discontent has doomed him. He is brought back from the brink by a simple farm bunny with big dreams. "Nick?...NICK?" she yelled frantically to him, as the ground underneath her felt like mush and watery. The ground moved and fluttered like an ocean wave, soon she could feel her own feet being soaked in water.

Zootopia is gripped with civil strife over the rights of interspecies couples, whilst a political storm is raging Judy and Nick must be honest with each other. All the while a heist gang are stealing millions from the corrupt and giving it to the poor, it's time for Judy and Nick to stand for what they believe in.

Judy and Nick are wrapping up their careers as patrollers and moving up in the echelons of the ZPD. Not a moment too soon, as a seemingly open-and-shut case reveals a deadly conspiracy that could tear the megalopolis apart.
