A collection of short works originally published on my Tumblr blog: thewarriorandtheking. I thought I would collect them to make them easier to find. Most are fluff pieces, some could be considered 'deleted scenes' that take place between the chapters of my longer works - 'After the Battle for Erebor' is one of these.

The adventures of Thorin Oakenshield and Kaylea Wolf continue. Here you will find the retaking of Moria, the coronation of the Queen of Erebor, and in the story Beyond Erebor, Thorin will finally journey to Kaylea's homeland, though not in the way he expects.

In this Warrior and The King story Thorin's past comes back to haunt him. This story started out as a straight adventure and ended up becoming a rather dark fable. I have always wanted to write about Thorin's association with ravens, they are such fascinating birds.

It has been ten years since Thorin watched the love of his life ride away from Erebor. His life has changed in many ways since then, now Kaylea Wolf is back to change it again. I intended this story to be longer but when I wrote the last chapter it felt like an ending. I may return to write some short stories to fill in the gaps, but for now it is complete. Enjoy.
