Ensain Here... I have been on FF.net for so long. I can remember the time when the Harry Potter Archive only consisted of 20,000 works. Still a lot, but not nearly what it is now. Its amazing how my taste has changed also. When first discovering Harry Potter fanfiction I read everything, no matter the story, plot, originality, or quality. Since, I have greatly dignified my taste. At the begining I was so obssessed with HP I would read just about anything just to get a little more of that world in my veins. Yes, you could say I was very obessesed. Now though, I am selective. Throughout the years I have been here starting in 2001 with the alias TheUnknown (in which FF.net changed to TheUnknown4) I has a strong suporter of superpower fics. Then I progressed to more romantic fics, espeically envolving Harry and Hermione. Lately though, I have begun to hate those fics. What seems to be the new trend though has greatly caught my interest. That is the Harry Potter multi-female ship. I just feel like Harry is just to important to not have more than one girl wanting him and since I can't decide who I want him to be with, why not be with all of them? Along with this ship, I prefer a strong, HarryCentric fic with Harry represented as a focused, determined, independ young man with an amazing amount of potential...power. great fics |
