Hi, I'm Steven James (no, that's not my real name). The first thing that I want to say is that I am a devout charismatic, evangelical, Bible-totin', word quotin' Christian. There, I feel better now.

The second thing I want to tell you is that I'm a total security freak, so if I don't tell you something you wanna know, don't take offense, I'm just a little odd.

The third thing that I want to tell you is thatI am a freak in more ways than that, so don't be surprised if I am.

I just got back from an out of country mission trip with my youth group right before I startedcontributingto this site. I really loved it. There were 972 confirmed salvations and 3 confirmed physcal healings. It was so awe inspiring. I hope to go back next year.

The works that I am most likely to write fanfics about are Kingdom Hearts, X-Men, Spider-Man, and Harry Potter (maybe). I may do reality checks on some of them, because I can't stand when authors write out of character for their own characters, or when their characters seem to not bend to normal human psychology.

Oh, and I really am a male.

I would like to indicate that although some of my characters may be emo, I am not. In reality, I am quite a cheerful person. I just enjoy making realistic characters. Also, I am completely against homosexuality and bisexuality in all forms. I do not mean to offend anyone, but that's the truth. No character of mine will ever be gay or bi.

Name: Steven James (Pen name, not real name). The story behind my pen name is quite interesting. I write outside of fanfics, mostly works of action. The biggest project that I'm working on right now is a Christian action screenplay,bearing some small resemblance to the tales of chivalry. Another project that I've actually pushed aside for now is a novel somewhat similar to The Lord of the Rings, with less magic. So, I've got two big works heavy on swordplay, but I don't have a name that's very heavy on swordplay (trust me, my real name does not sound very heroic). On top of that swordplay, I've also got a need for a Christian element, because of the screenplay. So, Steven and James are two very English sounding names, names you would expect a knight to have. Also, the biblical Steven (you might know him as St. Steven) was the first recorded Christian martyr, and James (St. James) was the first martyred apostle, and he was martyred in a swordfight. So, I am Steven James, Christian knight! I'm not crazy, what're you talking about?
