This is after an imaginary war with Valentine and this little 5 year old girl was forced to drink from the mortal cup by Valentine during the war and survived, and Jace, Clary, Alec, and Izzy returned her home, and the girl's mom has no idea and the story starts with them going down to tell her that she is a Shadowhunter.
