"Although you're in my presence
Too little
You're in my thoughts
A lot
And in my heart
Always..."

~ Brock Tully

Hello. How are you? My name is Kaiori, as if you didn't know.

I am a goth. Please, don't run away - be my friend (please, I'm begging you).

I *need* friends. Juicy, delicious brains, er, friends, er, brains. Erm... let's try again, shall we?

My name is Kaiori. I am 13 years old, and I'm gothic.
Well, not exactly. I'm still a happy person. I like that (annoying) song by Froggy Mix (No Nagging Anymore, for the Cardcaptor Sakura soundtrack), and that American music video of Daft Punk's 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,' where they get Maetel from Galaxy Express 999 half naked with three other guys (I think one was that little kid, Tetsuro) in a 'humanizing' sequence. Yeah, and I'm pretty good at writing stories, and I'm a straight A student at school.
I won't say if I'm really Japanese. You can never tell with these pen names.
Anyways, I like anime a lot; my first was Sailor Moon. Next was the insult to Japan, Pokemon. Then came Yuu Yuu Hakusho, then Digimon and the rest after that.
I like to read. Reading is good. I've read countless books, including Patrice Kindl's Woman in the Wall, and Sylvia McNicole's Walking a Thin Line. But my favorite serie of books are the Harry Potter books (I've got all four and am currently expecting to be one of the first to buy the fifth) and J.R.R Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, which I have not read yet since my wonderful Social Studies teachers was kind enough to lend me his copy of The Hobbit, of which I was obliged to read first.
I love music; my bands of choice include Savage Garden, Wild Strawberries, Staind, Nickelback, Matchbox 20, Third Eye Blind, and other rock bands (I also love Sarah McLachlan, Alicia Keys, Jewel and stuff like that). My J-pop tastes lead me to listen to Two-Mix, Chisa Yokohama and Froggy Mix (the b|tch).
I'm also into movies. My father's a movie freak (can't say the same about dear ol' mum) and although we usually wait until the movies die down to be features in 2 dollar movie theaters, we've already watched Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring whilst they still showed for seven dollars a person. Those are once-in-a-lfetime events for me; my family's just too damn thrifty.
Anyways, you must be bored, but I'll just keep talking. It's your fault for reading this anyway.
My favorite colors are black, blue, white, grey, green, silver, gold and nothing to do with red or yellow; they're the devil's colors (not really, I just hate them). My favorite characters from anime are Kino Makoto (Sailor Moon), Minamono Shuichi (Yuu Yuu Hakosho), Ichijouji Ken, Ishida Yamato, Kamiya Taichi, Izumi Koushiro, Kido Jyou (Digimon), Nagisa Kaoru (Neon Genesis Evangelion) and Li from Cardcaptors.
I like to read manga, as well as books. Yeah, so? You got a problem with that? You do? Too bad. Anyways, I just started collecting those worthless Smile magazines, and now I've grown to like the mangas Peach Girl (Miwa Ueda), Clover (CLAMP), Juline (Nami something-something), and that new one called Mars. It's weird and out-of-perspective, but what the hell, I like it anyway.
It's isn't nice being shunned by society, but at least you have fewer people this way. I make my home somewhere in a little city (more like just a big town) somewhere in the province of Manitoba. What? You don't know what 'manitoba' is? Well, I wouldn't be surprised, since, I quote off an American guy they interviewed on Much, "Most Americans don't know sh|t about Canada." He couldn't be more right.
Well, Manitoba is that large, boring, nothing-to-see-here prairie land where the deer and the antilope play, and where the more exciting thing that could happen is either getting snowed in during winter or the arrest of drug dealers. It is home to lots of people generally ignored by the rest of the world (this means you).
During the day, I am a mild-mannered 8th grade student a year ahead of 'my kind.' But I'm just too damn smart to hold down; suck on that, 7th grade! I waste my time attempting the draw comics, write fanfiction, saving the rainforest, and trying to raise above the rest of my ignorant, Pop-loving folk by phoning in random places trying to get free brochures on acting classes in hopes to marry Elijah Wood one day, minus the divorce thing almost every celebrity couple goes through. I haven't recieved any yet. But at least those brochures are free, so I could save money. With money, much cool stuff may be purchased (bet you didn't know that). Like comices, and CDs, and magazins (where I cut out pictures of Elijah Wood and Orlando Bloom), and Saturday newspapers (where I cut out ads for Lord of the Rings), and porkchops... mmmm, porkchops.
At night... (oooh) at night, nothing happens. Sorry to disappoint you pigs (men). I don't don cape and cod-piece and save the world from itself. It's too damn screwed up for even me to mess around with. The rainforest is my limit; let the rest of you bastards kill yourselves. Instead, I do other things. Eating is a favorite activity, so is reading, and sleeping, right up to as 'One of the Best Ways to Waste Eight Hours of Your Day.' I run, too. A lot. You never know. There could be a guy with a knife behind you right now. Running may come in handy. But I'm just glad I haven't been stabbed to death... yet.
If you feel you need to know about me, then you need to seek psychiatric help (don't you just hate the way everyone dises themselves on the internet? Shows you how much self-esteem everyone has). Alternatively, you can e-mail me, waste your time, keep reading, eat junk food, get fat... I wouldn't bother e-mailing me, since I don't know how to send e-mails through myplace.com, only how to read them.
But if you do want to know about me, and if you're Asian, by the way, then there's a big chance you've got an account on Asianaveue.com. Go to my page there. If you don't know what my username is, you're a moron. Because it's still just 'Kaiori.'
Oh, my. Look at the time I've wasted. I still need to curse those soda machines at school and recheck how my voodoo doll victims are holding up. I'm very cynical. Not to mention, I still have those (goddam) exam reviews to look over.

Now get off your @ss and read some stories.

With love,
'Kaiori Katsuragi'
