Bio time has come again... Lots of changes this time - let's see if all you fab people out there will notice. I'm sorry 'bout my slow updating, but I've just become bogged down with exams, as well as an original piece I want to finish before December... Looks like I'm going to be busy! Hopefully both my Ball piece and Driving Me Crazy will be updated in December, when my holidays start.

A friend of mine got me into Fan Fiction, and I haven't looked back since. Prior tosome yearsago I'd thought all fan fiction stupid, pathetic and pointles... Well - some things _do_ change! I read mostly Lily & James - I dislike reading Harry Potter by anyone but JKR, except a few authors who are good enough that I don't mind or who write it in an Alternate Universe...

I'm obsessed with Fantasy and Sci Fi, and read authors such as Anne McCaffrey, Stephen Donaldson, Sara Douglass, Janny Wurts, Maryon Zimmer Bradley and Robert Jordan. Of course, I do have my old favourites like Elyne Mitchell and Roald Dahl... And, more recently, Andy Griffiths and his "Just..." series.

And that's enough about me. It's now time that I now need to talk about stories... I've made a few updates, and I think you oughtta know about them...

Stories:

~~~DRIVING ME CRAZY~~~

Okay, this is my major change. "Lily's Revenge", "Prelude to a Love Story" and "A Lily Love Story" are all going to be placed in one story, called "Driving Me Crazy" (DMC). This will be the long-awaited edited version and, should you wish to put the stories down on your favourites list (please, please, please!) I'd suggest chucking them under that title.

So far I've only got the first chapter of the first part up under this title, but I promise that more will come as I get the chance to edit and post. This should be occurring on a weekly/ half weekly basis.

~*~ Lily's Revenge ~*~
There's the old, un-edited version still posted up, while the edited version will be placed inside the story titled "Driving Me Crazy"

This story is complete, apart from a bit of major editing that I will do when I get the chance. In this fic I actually began merely with the first few lines, and built a plot from there. I had never previously attempted a fan-fic before this (my choppy style proves it!) though after reading Sierra Charm's "Eye's as Green as a Fresh-Pickled Toad" I was INSPIRED!! So here 'tis, my creation.

Do you ever get sick about hearing of how quiet and studious and sweet tempered Lily was? Well... Imagine an angry, vengeful Lily. Not to mention the fact that she's just broken out of a relationship with Severus Snape. Combined with a desire to kill, Lily seeks revenge. And guess who she calls on for help?

~*~ Prelude to a Love Story ~*~
Un-edited version still posted, editing under way and will be posted under title "Driving Me Crazy" as edited version in about a month - hopefully less!

Okay, so I've stuffed around with this story LOTS of times... Who cares? Okay, so you people trying to actually read it care... Oh well :)

Previously known as "Muggle Mysteries" and then re-named "A Lily Love Story" this L/J fan fic has since been warped into the prequel of Lily Love, so now I just call it "Prelude". (Sorry if I stole the name - It honestly wasn't my wish to do so, it's just that I felt the name fit so well! If anyone decides to claim ownership I am willing to change it if they wish.) Oh, I re-named it again because I felt that the story was taking WAY too long to actually get into the whole love story thing, so I decided to do that as a dif story.

This story is really just setting the scene for "A Lily Love Story" and is basically just a humour story that introduces some characters, yet otherwise just sits there like a mop - not useful until you combine it with something. Lily Love, when I post it (which really depends on when I write it!), will make a whole lot more sense if you have previously read Prelude.

~*~ A Lily Love Story ~*~
As above for all th others... This story is currently in progress and will *hopefully* be finished soon - I've got it all planned out, now I just need to find time to write it! Chapter Two is all but finished, while commencement on Chapter Three has already begun... I'll keep posting this story under the old title until DMC catches up with it.

Awakening with thoughts of love is really quite unusual for Lily Evans. Especially when you consider the fact that the one her thoughts rest upon is James Potter. Her previous hate, she is now infatuated with him. ALl she can think about is him! Yet... Does James return her affection? And just _why_ does Lily love him so?

This story brings a new dimension into the love/hate relationship! With humour, sadness and love combined, hopefully you'll enjoy reading it as much as I'm going to love writing it!

~*~ Marauder Magic ~*~
(That's a *maybe* title, by the way...)

Lily Evans' holidays take an unexpected twist when suddenly she ends up needing to find a place to stay - and quickly! Seeing as it's all James' fault, she forces him to take her in, though the other Marauders manage to squeeze their way in and work a bit of the ol' Marauder Magic.

This story will basically be full of pranks and silly things that can happen to a group of kids when allowed to get away with it. How many problems can five people cause? Well... Enter: a wizarding zoo; a car alarm; a washing machine; and bright pink dye... You can sort of see where I'm headed.

Underlying all the pranks and mischief, however, will be a tale of adventure and high spirits,with my main focus being the progression of Lily's friendship with the Marauders growing into something much more. Not to be missed!

~*~ Love At Last! ~*~
This is the only story in my series in which the feelings between James and Lily are mutual. However, there will be the usual amount of difficulties to be surmounted, with many focussing on feelings of inadequacy. --CAUTION-- If you are looking for love/hate, then this is not where to find it. Much as I enjoy the whole love/hate thing, I believe that it has been so completely overdone that I'll need to avoid it completely. My romance will merely be from friends to ... more than friends. And YES there WILL be awkward silences - because, honestly, how am I supposed to know what they are always going to say to one another if THEY don't know?

And now I'm sounding completely odd...

~*~ Muggle Magic ~*~
*NOTE* MM may not be in my DMC masterpiece - I think I'll just post it as a sequel on its own, to tie up some of the strange knots I begin in DMC.

The final story to my series. This will be an almost completely original piece, though it fits in to my plot quite well.

I believe that, along with the magic of Wizards and Witches, there is another. A magic that involves no real "magic" at all - as we know it...

Placed in a time many years prior to that known as "now", I shall inform you all to the creation of magic - and the great divide. Powers of the psychic mind went to one side, while magic to another... They both originate from the same source, yet this story explains in depth just what they are and why the divide happened...

I'm still musing, and all of this sort of fits into a further story involving the death of Lord Voildemort. Consider it - Harry Potter carries within him an "old magic", so where could this have come from? Would both sides of the one, original magic be necessary to defeat the Dark Lord?

The Ball Piece*

I can never be bothered naming that piece correctly... Sorry to all those people who adored this piece, but work got held up as I was forced to work on some pieces for school - and now exams have come! Gr!!! I promise I'll get to and finish it soon, within a month, most likely. I've got some good ideas for the short story, so I don't really want to rush it and throw some crap together...

I'm also considering writing a sequel to this crazy story which will be all about a Karaoke... I really do love my satires.. :D

Most of the above stories are yet to actually be written. However, I can tell you that I have thought a great deal about them and am trying to get Prelude out the way as fast as I properly can! Gosh, I've so many ideas for Lily Love - it's NOT funny! (But the story hopefully will be ;) )

That's all I can be bothered writing on that at the moment. My beta-reader is Ariqua, who is also a superb author as well as great friend.

Sierra Charm, one of my first friends in ff.net, is probably also one of the best authors. Check her out, PLEASE! Her stories, although highly addictive, are fantastic.

Admiral Albia is, first and foremost, my favourite author. If ever you can get the chance then read her stories. All of them. They're all worth it.
