Five times Coulson almost told Skye that he is her father and one time he did.

Skye and Darcy compare their absentee fathers and their respective issues with their fathers over a few drinks.

Grant Ward's demonic ancestry is revealed during a mission.

1. Grant is the son of Trauma (Terrance Ward) and the grandson of the demon Nightmare
2. Grant inherited his father's Telepathic Shapeshifting ability that allows him to shape shift into his target's fears and gains the abilities of his assumed identity which is why he makes such a great specialist.
3. Grant is able to be resurrected from the dead due to his demonic ancestory.
4. Coulson was resurrected using Grant's DNA

On their latest case the team discovers an alien ship believed to be a type of ARK full of two of each Pokemon, during the mission the Pokemon get free. Luckily all the Pokemon containment units are still intact (Pokeballs).

Can the team catch them all before the latest incident goes public or will the world become infested with Pokemon

1. A couple Pokemon stay behind and bond with the team.
2. The team has to quickly learn how to operate the technology from the ship and bond and work with their Pokemon to catch the rest.
3. A.I.M tries to collect the Pokemon for research as part of Centipede
4. The Avengers can be called in to assist.

Avatar, The Last Air Bender.

During the search for their mother it is discovered that Zuko isn’t Ozai’s son. Therefore Zuko isn’t the legitimate heir of Fire Lord and because of the laws of the Fire Nation Zuko must give up the throne to Azula since she is the rightful heir. But is Azula mentally sound enough to rule a nation, will Iroh have to challenge Azula for the Fire Nation Throne or will Zuko be able to win enough support to over turn the laws preventing him remaining as Fire Lord. As Avatar; Aang is thrust into the middle of a potential civil war in the Fire Nation.

1. Zuko isn’t Ozai’s son and therefore doesn’t have a right to the Fire Nation throne under Line of Succession Laws.
2. Azula is the rightful heir of the Fire Nation due to heritage and Line of Succession laws with Iroh the only legitimate challenger under the laws.
3. The Fire Nation is on the brink of civil war. Traditionalists and supporters of Azula clash with Zuko’s supporters.

Saffron returns to Serenity, but this time she has a baby with her that she claims is Mal’s

1. Saffron has had a child after the events of Trash.
2. Saffron reveals that she and Mal slept together before she double crossed him and left him in the desert naked.
3. The child can be a girl or a boy or both (twins).
4. Saffron demands to be allowed to live on Serenity or Mal will never see his child(or children) again

Pretty self explanatory

The Academy program was only half of the overall program. The second half; the Terminator program was to program androids with the personalities and abilities of the Academy students to serve as unstoppable soldiers programmed to be loyal to the Alliance.

1. There is a Terminator modelled after River with her looks and her abilities called Cameron
2. The Terminator cameron has been dispatched to eliminate Mal, River and anyone in her way
3. Kaylee and River are able to reprogram Cameron to protect Mal, River and Serenity from further Terminators.

Naruto:

Because of the number of deaths that occured during the chunin exams/Oto and Suna invasion, Konoha implements a Population promotion Plan consisting of a Clan Expansion Act and a Clan Revival Act to bolster the population of the decimated clans as well as a Clan Founding Act to promote new clans in Konoha and to encourage civilian families to become Shinobi clans.

CEA (Clan Expansion Act):

1. Existing clans are encouraged to have more children
2. Asuma/Kurenai pairing

CRA (Clan Revival Act):

Senju:

1. Tsunade is recalled back to the village and is required to provide four offspring to revive the Senju clan, Tsunade can have other women as surrogate mothers to ensure her quota
2. Yamato/Tenzo is adopted into the Senju family
3. Yamato/Tenzo is required to sire four offspring in the name of the Senju to ensure the survival of the Mokuton
4. The Senju are promoted/re-instated as one of the noble clans of Konohagakure

Uchiha:

1. Sasuke is required to sire four offspring to revive the Uchiha clan.
2. Sakura/Sasuke pairing if possible

Uzumaki:

1. Naruto is required to sire four offspring to revive the Uzumaki clan and integrate the Uzumaki clan as a clan of Konohagakure
2. Other members of the Uzumaki clan are tracked down and invited to Konohagakure
3. Karin/Naruto pairing if possible
4. Naruto (and Karin) is/are required to learn about their heritage and clan jutsu as part of the CRA
5. Naruto is given land to build a clan compound

CFA (Clan Founding Act):

Hatake:

1. Kakashi is asked to found a clan (the Hatake Clan)
2. Kakashi is asked to sire four offspring
3. Kakashi is given land to build a clan compound

Any other shinobi with out an official clan

Mizuki's betrayl has had a greater affect on Naruto than any one expected. Naruto has decided that he wants to find and arrest all the criminals and traitors that are poisoning Konoha Shinobi Forces. Naruto quits the General Forces and joins the Konoha Military Police instead.

1. Naruto isn't placed on Team 7, instead he is placed in one of the departments of the Military Police Force or in one of their teams.
2. Naruto wants to protect Konoha from the inside out protecting the General Shinobi Forces from criminals and corrupt with in the Military and any one who tries to control or influence the military.
3. Naruto wants to be the greatest Ninja Cop, and then Hokage
4. Naruto investigates crimes committed by Konoha Shinobi, investigates when missions go wrong and investigates possible spies and traitors.

The Kyubi's blood gift to Naruto was to give Naruto the ability to create kekkie genkai or evolve existing kekkie genkai in his children, only, Naruto doesn't get any of the kekkie genkai and the kekkie genkai are based off the mother.

For example, if Naruto had a child with Hinata, the child would receive an evolved version of the Byakkugan or if he has a child with Karin then the child will receive an evolved version of the Uzumaki clan's longevity and healing. On the other hand, if Naruto had a child with a woman who didn't have a kekkie genkai then their child would have a kekkie genkait based off the mother's abilities, for example, if Naruto had a child with Sakura, the child would have great strength, or if he had a child with Ino then her family's mind jutsu would become the basis of a new kekkie genkai.

1. Naruto's ability either evolves existing kekkie genkai or creates new kekkie genkai based off the mother's abilities.
2. Naruto does not receive any of the new kekkie genkai abilities, only his children do.

During the founding of the Ninja villages, the Samurai Clans chose to follow suit and created their own Samurai Village so that each nation has both a Shinobi Corps based in a Hidden Village run by the Kage and a Samurai Army based in a Samurai Village run by a Shogun.

The Military:

1. The Five Elemental Nations have both a Ninja Village and a Samurai Village
2. The Nation's military responsibility is split between the two armies and both Kage and Shogun are the joint military commanders of the Daimyo's armies.
3. Occasionally Samurai and Ninja must perform joint operations but mostly they perform different duties
4. Ninja mostly perform covert missions (Sabotage, assassinations, intelligence gathering/Counter intelligence)
5. Samurai mostly are deployed mostly for traditional battles and wars but also are sent on various missions.
6. Guard duties, escort missions are shared between the two armies and occasionally are performed jointly by a team made of teams from both armies (A Ninja team and a Samurai team temporarily joined for the duration of the mission)
7. There can be tension between Samurai and Ninja due to their differing beliefs of how a war/battle should be fought.

Ninja/Ninja Villages:

1. Ninja Villages consist of Ninja Clans, Civillian born Ninja and Civilians
2. The Leader of each Ninja Village is a Kage named after the Nation's element eg. Hokage (Fire Shadow) for the Hi No Kunai

Samurai/Samurai Villages:

1. Samurai Villages consist of Samurai Clans, Civilian born Samurai and Civilians
2. The Leader of each Samurai Village is a Shogun
3. The Samurai can use chakra in much the same way as Ninja but are reliant on their weapons (Swords, spears, pole weapons and bow & arrow) to channel chakra rather than hand-signs to mould and manipulate chakra and use chakra and elemental enhanced weapon based attacks.
4. The Samurai have Samurai Clans which can be known for certain abilities or kekkie genkai.
5. Samurai are ranked as following:

Students at Konoha Military Academy train for a couple of years to become the soldiers of Hi No Kuni. When students graduate from the Konoha Military Academy they can choose to follow one of two military paths by completing a further year of study in one of the two Academies:

1. The Shinobi Academy: For students wishing to become Shinobi or Kunoichi in the Ninja Corps
2. The Samurai Academy: for students wishing to become Samurai in the Samurai Corps

Konoha:

1. Both the Ninja Corps and the Samurai Corps are lead by the Military leader, the Sherikan (General)
2. The Sherikan is elected by the Daimyo as the head of the Military and can be either a former Samurai or a former Ninja
3. The Sherikan has two underlings, the Hokage (Fire Shadow/The Head Ninja) and the Hohikari (Fire Light/The Head Samurai)
4. Senju Harashima was the first Sherikan, his brother Senju Tobirama was the first Hokage who succeeded him as Second Sherikan.
5. Uchiha Madara was outraged that he was not chosen as Hokage when Harashima became the First Sherikan
6. There has not yet been a Samurai Sherikan, much to the displeasure of the Samurai Corps and the Samurai Clans
7. There are both Ninja and Samurai clans living in Konoha.
8. All the nations have both Ninja and Samurai armies.
9. There are Three Academies in Konoha: students attend the Military Academy until they graduate to either the Ninja Academy or the Samurai Academy to complete their training.

Shinobi Academy/Shinobi Corps:

1. Students that have graduated from the Konoha Military Academy are enrolled to further their studies in combat and to specialise in the Ninja arts (Stealth, espionage, assassination, subterfuge, intelligence gathering, tracking and Ninjutsu)
2. Ninja use hand-signs to manipulate chakra to perform Nin-jutsu
3. Students graduate as Genin (Low ninja) and are promoted to Chunin (Middle Ninja), Jonin (High Ninja) and Finally the Hokage (Fire Shadow/Head Ninja)

Samurai Academy/Samurai Corps:

1. Students that have graduated from the Konoha Military Academy are enrolled to further their studies in combat and to specialise in Bushido and the Samurai weapons and combat (Swords, spears, pole arms, archery as well as equestrian skills and Ken-Jutsu(Sword based chakra techniques)
2. Samurai specialise in Sword and other weapons and use weapons to manipulate chakra in Ken-jutsu
3. Samurai are often armoured.
4. Students graduate as Aonisaibushi (Amateur Samurai) and are promoted to Chukanbushi (Middle Samurai), Seieibushi (Elite Samurai) and finally the Hohikari (Fire Light/Head Samurai)

I've noticed several stories of the Uzumaki Clan returning and adopting Naruto, but what about the Namikaze Clan, what if they adopted Naruto?

1. The Namikaze clan is one of the surviving clans of Uzushiogakure and allies of the Uzumaki clan
2. The Namikaze clan specialises in wind jutsu, as well as fuinjutsu (But not on the same level as the Uzuamki clan)
3. The surviving members of the Namikaze clan relocated to Konoha after the fall of Uzushio
4. The Uzumaki clan sacrificed them selves to allow the other clans of Uzushio to flee.
5. Minato was a refugee from Uzushio
6. Uzushio fell shortly after Kushina moved to Konoha
7. Naruto is raised by members of the Namikaze clan, whether they know Minato is his father or not is optional, they could adopt him because he is an Uzumaki and they are honouring their fallen allies.

A slight twist on the time travelling stories, instead of going back in time like many other time travelling stories, various characters are dragged from the past into the future... Naruto accidentally summons an entire village from the past and drags them into the future.

1. Uzushiogakure was never destroyed or massacred, one day it simply vanished with out a trace.
2. Naruto accidentally summons the entire population of Uzushiogakure from the past while learning the kuchiyose jutsu or a similar space-time technique over powered with the Kyubi's chakra
3. The various clans of Uzushio return to Uzu no Kuni to rebuild their home (OC clans are encouraged as long as they aren't over powered).

After being banished from Storybrooke by Snow and her supporters, Regina moves to Hollywood and starts working a producer/script writer and writes and produces a television series that re-tells everyone’s favourite fairytales from the perspectives of the villains.

1. Regina is banished from Storybrooke by Snow and her supporters.
2. Regina becomes a Producer/Script writer and creates her own fairytale television series where the villains are the protagonists.
3. Regina uses the show to address persecution of various people and demographics through the villains being considered evil for being different or refusing to submit to majorities and social expectations.
