After Naoki kisses Kotoko in the stairwell at the graduation party, he takes her home and they spend a night together. Kotoko learns she is pregnant and finally realizes that her plan to have a life with Naoki is a fantasy. She runs away with Kin-Chan to his hometown to raise her son. When tragedy strikes, Kotoko must return home and face the mess she left behind.
