A creature that follows you around... everywhere? Your's is a cockroach. But you need to have it, because if you didn't, you'd be a soulless wanderer. They resemble the idea of dæmons from The Golden Compass. But not exactly. Let's see here... Well... I control the bad little voices inside your head that tell you to kill the neighbor's cat, burn down your little brother's climbing tree, steal your mother's jewelry and hide it in the kitty litter...
