Life just doesn't seem to want to let Peter deal with his Aunt's death without the added drama that comes with being an Avenger. When he's ambushed while on patrol, he finds himself in HYDRA's hands and being tortured for information on the Winter Soldier's location. Not only Uncle Ben died when Peter first became Spiderman, instead Aunt May left as well, leaving Peter alone with brand new powers and no home. Unwilling to accept a new home from the system, Peter is homeless, fighting instead for his own well being on street, but it's only a matter or time until a certain avenger finds out.

The first time, Tony shrugged it off. The fifth time, he was a bit more aware. It took him until the tenth and worst time to put it all together. From that point on, he was determined to help the kid who he thought of as his own. Autistic!Peter so if you don't like, don't read. I apologize for any inaccuracies in portrayal (I promise this summary is the bad part, not the story)

When the police try to arrest Peter again, it ends with his identity being revealed to his school. Well, it couldn't get worse since now he has to worry if one of his classmates will blab his secret, and he still has to evade the increasing amount of police sent after him and the goodies they're mysteriously getting. Seriously, why were they so desperate to get him? TASM

Instead of the quiet Saturday morning they were hoping for, Steve and Tony wake up to discover that their son, Peter, has been critically injured. In the same instance Iron Man and Captain America discover their son is Spiderman. So much for an uneventful weekend. Rated T for blood.

There's a very loud thunderstorm, and it's not letting any of the Avengers sleep. And with Clint and Natasha away, there's only one person all the teens are "worried about and want to check on." Just a lot of fluff! Set in the same universe as "How to Train Your Spider." No spanking in this one, just a light swat. But if it offends you, stay away, please.

There's another death in the Parker family leaving Peter without any relatives... or so he thought. Extensive research done to find any living relatives finds some interesting information leading back to WW2. Apparently he does have a relative who is shockingly able to look after him.
