A Petroleum engineer who enjoys writing. Yeah, you read that correctly.

My passion for writing stems from my hobby of reading fanfiction. Regardless of the fic's quality, I get motivated further after reading each story. If it's well-written, I'll wonder 'can I write like that?' and if it's written poorly I'll think 'Man, this has a thousand favorites? I can do much better!'

So, I'm finally corroborating the preceding claim. I do believe I can write some fics that you'll enjoy, and I hope to do so in the coming months.

My first fic, 'The Runaway Refugee' (title is not set in stone), is currently being written. I have about 5000 words done as of 1/7/18, and am writing at a decent pace, though college is certainly time-consuming. I'll release the first chapter after I write a bit more.

Here is the summary for those interested:

A captive shinobi given a strain of influenza weaponized for biological warfare prematurely escaped a covert underground base before a cure had been developed. How will such a devastating epidemic change the way of life? Will the survivors adapt to a plague-stricken shinobi world?

Concurrently, I am writing a gamer Naruto fic. I'll be splitting my time somewhat evenly between the two stories, but feel free to spur me on if I begin to slack.

Here is a list of recommendations. I consider these to be of higher quality than the fics I'm working on and, as such, I urge you to read them before mine. Don't mistake my list of favorites and follows to be any sort of recommendation. I merely do that to make fics I plan to read more easily accessible.

"The Waves Arisen" by Wertifloke (not on fanfiction.net, but one of the best fics ever written)

These are just a few that came to mind, and I'll be sure to update it as I read more.

I love playing a good mmorpg, so I thoroughly enjoy the gamer Naruto concept. Unfortunately, I have yet to come across a fic that executes this concept well. Feel free to PM me a good one.
