 ALL ABOUT ME my favorite color is yellow, gold and silver. my favorite video games are Mortal Kombat, GTA, and Wii sports. I love animals more than humans ( like 90% more). I'm asexual which means that I don't have sexual feeling towards any gender. I have autism but I don't don't let that get in my dreams of becoming a good fanfiction writer ( I used to get all A's in school). since I failed college I decided to improve my writing skills myself.my likes and pet peeve of fanfiction reading and writing LIKES Lots of details (when I see a fan fiction stories I expect to see like a ton of details in the story because it shows me that they actually care about their stories and will put time to their story, although I can't really say that I do this all the time because while it took me 4-5 days for me to write and finalize the third chapter in order for me to really understand the chapter , it only took me like 20 mins to get the second chapter because I rushed to get another chapter out because I thought that it was the best thing I ever wrote in my life but the second chapter just ending up getting criticized for not being funny lol. Bold letter print- I think that bold letter print is more appealing than that dull-colored letter print like THIS. Messages or alerts- I feel like when they put messages or alerts in their stories it makes me feel like they love to show their progress with their fans.PET PEEVES when a writer makes a good story then just disappears without any warning at all- it makes me angry when a writer makes a good story that hooks me in like a fish, then they just don't update their story ever again. Like I understand if you had writer block and don't want to update your stories anymore but could you have at least put one more chapter saying that you not updating your story anymore because there people like me who will check the website like 10-15 times a day making sure that their favorite stories are getting updated then they are wasting their time because you not evening going to update ever again.OC'S I know a few of you will get upset at me for what I am about to say about OC'S but please note that I am not throwing shade against any authors that decide to put OC'S in their stories because I don't want people to throw shade towards me or my stories, but here are a few reasons why I don't like OC'S... I don't feel like they're important enough for me to actually care about them when I do something I do so because I actually care about it and reading fanfiction with OC'S are not one of them, I don't really care about OC'S because they not in the actual game that I am reading fanfiction about. I feel like when an author put an OC in their stories they ALWAYS having a sexual relationship with a real character in the game\book that they have a crush on- I know that this is a website for this kind of stuff but is really necessary to put your dreams of you and your fictional crush screwing each other in a website for everyone to see, like if I had a crush on a fictional character or any body I would keep to myself because to me it a personal thing and I like to keep anything personal to myself.( Note if I do make a romantic story it Will be between two characters that are actually in the game). for some unknown reason, I instantly started disliking OC's-i am going to be completely honest with ya since I first found out what OC'S was I instantly took a disliking for OC'S.HATERS This got to be the biggest obstacle that new writers like me face ( besides writer block), but these are the two types of haters that I dislike the most... The ones that comment negatively on your story saying stuff like " your story is not funny at all" or " I think you need to stop trying because you will never be good", but when you open their profile page they never even brother to at least try to make a story/fanfiction of their own, or they try to tell the author what the hell they can and can't do with their OWN story - these kinds of haters actually infuriates me because how in the hell do you have any nerves to go on the comments section and tell someone that their stories are crap but you didn't even try to put a story out yourself. like if I came along a story that I didn't like I would just leave and find a new story without leaving any kind of hate comment on their story. |
