Vinho Ja Vinha
Wine is defined as the product obtained exclusively by alcoholic fermentation, total or in part, of fresh or slightly passed vitis viniferous fruits, crushed or not, or of grape must have. In brief, wine is the result of a natural process where the sugar present in the grape is transformed among ethyl alcohol (ethanol) thanks to the action of the yeasts. If the wine is a drink that hold alcohol then it is an alcoholic drinks. The psychological purpose of wine is widely proved, it is drunk to satisfy and obtain gratifying feeling, only because of this wine could be deliberated as a food. Now, from the nutritional point of view based on its composition, the wine has more than 2000 components, which include mainly water and alcohol, sugars, some vitamins, potassium, calcium, among others. Its concentration varies according to the variety of grapes, cultivation techniques and processing. Wine provides energy and nutrients, therefore it is a food.
