Hi, my name Ace (non de plumbe-a.k.a pen name) I like to write, sometimes it makes sense sometimes it doesn't, just depends on what kind of mood I'm in. I did write here a while back, like 3 years ago as hopelessromantic85 but fell away for a while but I'm back. Writing is my controlled chaos in a chaotic world. Writing is mesmerizing to me, just think about it, you create worlds, characters and situations that may not be possible (or may), it's like dreaming only your awake.

Okay, now that I sound like a self-help book, let me fill you in on what and who I write about...ANYTHING..

Sometimes I get ideas while I'm sitting in traffic or a doctor's office. I always carry a small notebook with me to capture the idea.

There's also something called 'dream harvesting'...I know it sounds like something from a sci-fi show but in my experience it's worked...what you do is while you lie there waiting for sleep to come, you focus on what you like to dream about, not to the point where it will keep you awake but just simply think about the thing and as you fall asleep tried to keep that in mind...now what that being said it may not work for everyone..but it certainly has lead to quite a few stories for me.
