Charlie was never introduced to any kind of faith. She didn't know God or religion or even heaven. All she knew was hell because they lived it every day. After being separated from his last remaining companion, Daryl Dixon is left to care for their child on his own. [Daryl/Beth].

A slow burn love/romance story between Daryl and Beth, set in the prison. This pairing had a lot to offer, Beth bringing light to Daryl's dark world whilst he draws out her inner strength. Exploring the dynamics between these characters as well as other characters, especially Beth's family and potential reactions to a Bethyl relationship. Rated M for lang. and later scenes.

We all know what happened in "Alone" after Daryl and Beth are cut off during an intimate conversation at the kitchen table, but what would have happened if Daryl didn't open the door? This story is on-going and follows the plot of the show very closely, however, events have been tweaked based on how I think the storyline would have progressed with Beth being alive.

Beth lies about her age to Daryl but after dramatic events, she's forced to come clean. Daryl loves this woman but can he deal with her being only 17 years old?

Beth and Daryl are living at the prison with the rest of their group. They start spending a lot of time with each other and all too soon they start to realise that they have feelings for one another. The only problem is Daryl and Beth haven't told anyone about their relationship as they are worried no one will approve. As well all know, the truth comes out in the end.

AU starting at the end of Alone, runs parallel to events of season 5, but stretches timeline. Daryl and Beth are both taken into the nightmare that is Grady Memorial. Days after they ran from the funeral home, Daryl keeps going back to the doorway where he stood and listened to Beth sing. He's starting to think about that room and about walking into it. About what they might do in there. But he can't get her song out of his head.

Daryl decides he likes kissing as much as Beth does but maybe they are ready for something more. He isn't sure but he's ready to try even if all this restraint between them breaks and they drown in all their desire for one another; she's the anchor for him to this world and together they've etched out a perfect corner of it just for the two of them.

After a few weeks of nothing much except kissing, Beth has established to her own satisfaction that she wants more. She's not going to push too hard. But she might not have to. And "satisfaction" might be a whole other thing.
