Florence has spent most of her time at WICKED veiled behind the eyes of a beetle blade. Her job is to observe the glade and everyone in it. That includes the British boy with the limp that she has been keeping a keen eye on lately. What happens when Florence is unexpectedly forced into the maze, acting as a variable for the subjects, and has to pretend like she has no memory?
