Hehe, so I've been chewed out multiple times because I wrote Final Fantasy VIII and put it on Fictionpress, thinking that I wrote it so originally that it couldn't POSSIBLY be called a fan-fic. It took four flames to tell me to get it off that site, and so here it is now! My penname at fictionpress is the same asit is here because my name is Ben Wuest, not Chocobo65 or Resident_Evil_playa. I rather enjoy Final Fantasy VIII - I've beaten the game enough times that I lost track after seven - because it's such a moving piece of work, yet it's such a simple concept.

When I was younger, I was always an idiot. I always tried to be the coolest guy in school, and that's what really brought down my social life to one small group of friends. But I moved to Nebraska City one year, and it only took that one year to allow me to find that I don't have to be an idiot to do what I want. My small group of friends got into drugs and alcohol and vandalism and that would have been me had it not been for that town. I broke outside the box, and that's the effect I want to have for my Final Fantasy VIII project.

So, to you who reads this, I ask; will you break outside the box?
