Hi everyone!

Wow, I just realized I hadn't updated my profile in like...years. Can't believe what I put up here before!

Anyway, I originally visited fanfiction, like so many others of you, just to read. About a year ago however, I took the scary first step and tried to write my first fic. And people actually read it! I still read more than write up here, but once in a while -most of the time when my exams are coming up, I really can't explain it myself- you'll find something out there by my hand.

I mostly read/write Bones, Merlin, Alias, NCIS, NCIS:LA and more recently Supernatural, Pretty Little Liars and Life. Heard that last show was cancelled though. Typical. :(
Although I am more a show kind of person, I know the movie 'The Gladiator' by heart. I can't help it, it's just the best movie ever made!
And books...can I just copy/paste the library's fantasy index in here?

As most fanfiction-writers I write to please the voices inside my head, and to improve my English -as I'm not a native speaker-.
My mother language is Dutch. My knowledge of my two other national languages (German and French) is… acceptable… yeah, let’s keep it at that.
English is kind of my fourth language, so I apologize for mistakes, messed-up sentences or literal translations or something like that. I know I make a lot of those.
Anyway, at least we Belgians do make the best beer and we do make the best chocolate. No offence.

What else to tell you?
I'm 18 years old, a student at the University of Ghent, Faculty of Veterinay Science and share a house with one of my best friends. It's real fun, though I haven't been able to convert her to fanfiction just yet... At least she shares my love for music, concerts and music festivals, otherwise we would have a problem. :)

Ooookay...back to my physics exam :)

Okay, I know there are a lot of people waiting for my 'Sent by a King' sequel, since they've been practically burrying me with PM's -yes, you know who you are ;)-, and I totally love you guys for it, but I stand with what I said before; I'm not putting it up before it is beta-d. And since I am still looking for a beta-reader, I'm not sure when it will be up and running. I am currently rewriting the last chapters so I predict the story will have around 22 chapters. Give or take a few. :)

Anyway, since I know you are all like me what this concerns, and can't live without fanfiction, I decided to recommend a few of my favourite stories for you to read while you're waiting for the sequel to be up. xD Of course you can find a longer list below with my 'favourites' but even though I think I'm kind of picky since I only have 43 favourites after 3 years of reading on this site, I decided to break it down a little. I'm also adding some that are on my alert list, since I only favourite complete stories -though I have made an exception once or twice-. After all

Something to read when you are pining for the old B&B

I'm back people! Yes, I know my exams aren't over yet but...I missed you guys too much. :)

Anyway, first of all I would like to apologize to everyone whose story I am following but not leaving reviews to at the moment. My computer crashed a few weeks ago so I have a lot of catching up to do on here. I will get to it, I promise, but well...there are still my exams to take into account. :)

I actually come bearing more good news, apart from having a new laptop: I finally decided on a beta for my 'Sent by a King' sequel, called 'Righting Wrongs'! She is already working her magic on it, so it should be up soon!
