A little blast from the past...

I made this account when I was a bright-eyed teen back in 2010, at the peak of my self-absorbance and vanity. In those times, I thought that my writing was the epitome of creativity, to say the least. Granted of course I was a very proud 13 year old with very little regard for the writing process and never took into account the meaning of "improving your rough drafts." Looking back now, I can proudly admit that although I wasn't a bad writer, my work could have definitely been a lot better if I spent more time polishing it and less time feeding my ego. I was always striving to write the best stories but never considered that in writing, as with any craft, there is never going to be a best, only better. So in the spirit of self reflection, this is my ode to my (not so) humble beginnings. After all, we all have to start somewhere.
