Upon landing, Bellamy realised that in order to establish himself as Leader, he had to deal with Clarke. Killing her would incite a rebellion, so he made a new plan. He'd break her spirit, make her obey and the others would fall in line. Able to recognise the signs of abuse, Lexa keeps Clarke safe in Polis and tries to help her come back to herself.

Clarke is caught by Prince Roan and brought before Lexa, her anger at the Heda is pushed to breaking point and she refuses to back down but what happens between the pair when Lexa puts her own life on the line to save Clarkes? Happens after the war. Lexa didn't leave and they won. There was an explosion in the mountain and after the repairs are done the Sky People plan to move there. Most of the clans left a week after the war, but Lexa and the Woods Clan stayed, searching for the reapers and MM who managed to escape. Abby is worried about that the alliance will not hold without the common enemy.

Clarke is forced to return to Arkadia after the death of Lexa. Meanwhile, in another reality, Clarke is getting closer to Lexa after Heda vows to protect Skaikru. Nevertheless, an unexpected visit from her future self sets her up in a race to stop the presaged death of the Commander. The only problem? This Clarke from the future has not been betrayed by Lexa. She's married to her.

In 3x12, Clarke took a chip to the City of Light. In order to forget about all she had done. When Emerson chokes her to death, she wakes up somewhere big and bright.

My take on 3x16. Lexa is dead, Pike is dead, Lincoln is dead, almost everyone (including the grounders) is in the City of Light, and everyone is in danger. Ontari is the commander. Clarke hasn't taken the chip… yet. *Heavily based on the finale spoilers in Vancouver. Please don't assume anything I write to be an actual spoiler.

Canon until the end of season 2-the battle on Mount Weather is won but Clarke is badly hurt and taken to Polis so she can recover- She rushes through the doors, expression lighting up when she sees you. "Clarke," she says breathlessly. You can't meet her eyes. You're worried your anger and rage will make you hurt yourself, or worse, hurt her. But you want to hurt her.

Clarke gets hurt. Lexa will do what it takes to protect her. Or how I completely ignore canon and write what should have happened in 3x07.

After the defeat of the Mountain, Clarke suffers a fatal injury only to find herself back in a not so unfamiliar place and with the means to make her time on the ground better than it was the first time around; less fatalities and hopefully, an easier treaty with the grounders. When Clarke is found after months in the woods, Lexa returns to escort her back to her people but the blond is severely pissed off. Clarke has been with Lexa for 2 years. She became her general, and her queen. She was taken by Ice Nation's king and The Coalition broke. There is an upcoming war, and Clarke has to go to Camp Jaha to persuade The Arkers to join the Coalition, or to wipe them out. Clarke is now of the Trikru and would do anything to protect them.
