Super soldiers have amazing metabolism which is great for healing super fast. It's not so great if the super soldier needs anesthesia. Tony Stark has this stuff covered though because if there's a will there's a technological way. The problem with coming up with amazing technological solutions is that eventually you get in a situation where you have to field test them.

It's nostalgia that first chases Tony out on the streets. Then monsters, then Pepper, then just something time and again. For Loki it's banishment, having his magic taken, demons of the past that he may or may not remember, and slowly losing what little he has left. And if they somehow stumble upon each other again and again, so what? Frostiron. Warning: triggers. Now has a sequel.

If mind-controlled Barton doesn't come to spring Loki from the helicarrier, somebody else might have to. That somebody might be Tony Stark, who might not agree with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s interrogation methods and treatment of prisoners. Luckily, with Thor's help, Supervillain Rescue Mission is a go. As punishment for crimes against Midgard, Loki is bound to bracelets that force him to become obedient: much to his disgust. Whoever holds the Stone of Command, holds the free will of the Asgardian.
