Ello there! I'm Samantha, better known as Sammie, Sammie Jo, Sam, Gee, Lloydy or Dodger. Call me any of those, i don't mind!

I'm 20 years old and i've been writing fan fiction for about 3 years now and often take part in online roleplays when i find some decent ones. In the past i've tended to base my fiction on various bands that i like, such as The Rasmus, My Chemical Romance, Green Day etc, but recently i've accustomed myself to writing stories based upon musicals and fantasy films.

I would describe myself as pretty laid back, easy to talk to, extremely friendly and dare i say hyper and often too random for my own good. I do have my mature side though (it just rarely shows itself lol!) But, what the hell...life's too short, not to have fun and mess around, right?! Haha!

I love anything related to the Victorian era, and i have a large interest in anything to do with the second world war. Take me to any museum, which displays both era's and i'll be one happy bunny =) I also love quiet country walks and visiting those little old quaint tea shops for coffee and what not. Beats a modernised cafe anyday in my opinion!

As far as modern interests/hobbies go, i love going to gigs, theatre productions, the cinema, going out with close friends for quiet drinks (i'm ain't one for clubbing and all that) and i love web design, or basically anything to do with computers. Yes i'm a computer nerd.

I also enjoy reading (mainly romance, crime and horror), listening to my iPod, chatting to friends over msn or MySpace, watching DVD's (i like any genre of film really), driving, visiting new places, martial arts, dancing, anything Japanese or Chinese, Coffee, Tea, Italian Food, rollercoasters, cars and meeting new people.

As you can tell from my username, i'm a fan of the character the Artful Dodger. Ever since i was a kid, i loved the character from the first moment i saw Oliver! The Musical. As much as i love Harry Eden's portayal of the Dodger in 2005 version of Oliver Twist, i still think that Jack Wild did the best job and in actual fact, Wild went on to become one of my favourite actors after i watched Melody (1971), The Flight of the Doves (1971) and his many appearances in H.R Pufnstuf.

Anyway i think that's enough about me, i hope you all enjoy my fics!!
