Spock's expression is blank but when he touches her Nyota can feel the heat of his desire for her pouring off him, how much he wants her, how much he loves her. To Humans his world seems a barren, forbidding place but pulled in by its higher gravity Nyota finds herself unable to escape it. She finds doesn't really want to.
