A lot of people can say it.
But not many can followthrough.

Change can be good.
Or it can be bad.
I guess it depends on how hard to work at it.
Or maybe the people who have that ability get support.

Support. An interesting word.

Some people accept it.
Some don't.
The ones who don't are probably protecting their pride.
...It sounded like she had been doing that for a long time.

Refusing help has its ups and downs.
Supposedly we learn our lessons...
And make up our minds from there.
Whether we want advice
Or not.

And in the process we make up our minds
if we are going to change
with

the help of others.
...Or change at all.

I met her again today.
I asked her if she was going to try again.
She said yes.
