To be honest, I think having to put a disclaimer on each story is kinda dumb. After all, this is a FAN BASED SITE. For fans to create new situations for their favorite characters. If I actually owned say, Batman or James Bond, I'd doubt I'd be wasting my time on a site for -let's face it- mostly amateur writers.
