 Good morning/afternoon/evening. The name's Maria, unfortunately.I don't like common names, but yeah. 17 years of age. Obviously, I love reading, and writing. Not sure when I'll start publishing stories, though, seeing that I'll be busy with school when September comes *shivers*. My most favorite hobby besides reading is watching anime. Favorite genres are slice of life, thriller, psychological, a few commedies and seinen. I love all types of dere characters, especially tsundere and kuudere. My favorite series are Higurashi/Umineko no Naku Koro ni, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, Princess Tutu and Rozen Maiden.For some reason, I don't like reading anime/manga fanfics, I prefer doujinshi. Now, back to books. I really love historical novels, especially the ones taking place in Rennaisance Italy. Ah, Rennaisance...*dreamy sigh* I'd love to live back at that time !! As for my favorite books, Notre Dame de Paris Everything else. OK, I adore this book to death, and that's why I'll never write a single fic about it, I don't want to ruin it. Not that there aren't good fics of it out there, for God's sake, but I don't trust my writing skills enough to attempt writing a fic about it. As I was saying, my other favorite books/book series are The Bartimaeus Trilogy, Harry Potter series, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Mists of Avalon, Wolfhall, The Firebrand, The Arthur Trilogy, The Smile, Vivaldi's Virgins, His Dark Materials and the Stravaganza series. I used to like the Chronicles of Narnia when I was little. It's still OK, but meh. I've tried sever times to read The Lord of the Rings, but I simply can't. Favorite book characters are Claude Frollo, Severus Snape, Bartimaeus, Bellatrix Lestrange, Luna Lovegood, Sirius Black, Violet Baudelaire, Lyra Belaqua and Will Parry. Besides books and anime, I love going out with my friends, spending hours in front of the computer screen, money, collecting anime goodies, shopping for books, eating, being sarcastic and sleeping.
