Zelda is dying of a rare heart condition. When a miracle donor heart comes in she takes the opportunity to meet the family of the donor and ends up developing feelings for the brother of Mist Greil. Is it too weird, to feel his sister's heart beating faster when he's around? Does she have a chance? T for now, will probably change in later chapters.
