Cas finds himself at Halloween Party, the devil in one half of a angel/devil couple's costume, and literally runs into his counterpart- A snarky, skirt-wearing, befeathered stranger named Dean Winchester. Before the night is over, both will come to find that first impressions aren't everything and appearances can be deceiving, especially for a fallen angel and a devil in disguise.

Dean is spending a lot of time in the hospital waiting room waiting for Jess and Sam's baby to arrive. He makes a late night run to the cafeteria to pick up some coffee, meeting a deliciously rumpled blue eyed man in the elevator. While both are visiting the hospital for very different reasons, a surprising connection is formed.
