An avid Trek fan for many years, I was a writer of fanfic in the early 90's when TNG was at its height and Undiscovered Country was the new film.

But, it was the death of a friend I met via fandom that prompted me to take a look at what was going on in fanfiction after all these years. My search led me here, via Djinn and Pat Foley's amazing stories, and inspired me to write again. As did the introduction to my muse, Todd the Wraith, SG: Atlantis, and his alter-ego, the fab Mr. Christopher Heyerdahl.

I am mother to two gorgeous daughters who feel tainted to perpetual nerdiness by my involvement with Trek. I say if that's the worst I've done then they should be grateful indeed!

I also like curry, cheese, beer, good conversation, friends, the sea, cats and shoes, though not necessarily in that order.
