I like to pretend I'm a writer. Unfortunately, I'm also a Dungeon Master, and all of my creativity lately has been going toward my D&D party's insatiable hunger for plot (or rather, insatiable hunger for a steady stream of loosely connected enemies to fight). In either case, I'm sadly too lazy to polish up any of my own work to the level where I could post it without feeling like a hypocrite. A quick word on my favorite stories, however. I cannot recommend "Hill of Swords" highly enough. It was my introduction to both Familiar of Zero and Fate/Stay Night, and despite the years since I have yet to find a better story in either category. If my favorite list could hold only one story, it would be "Hill of Swords". |
