Remnant was on the cusp of a revolution. Human-Faunus relationships have steadily improved over the years thanks to the tireless efforts of the newly reformed Schnee Dust Company. Makoto is an elegant, refined young lady with purely logical reasons for her actions that don't involve personal desires for love or justice. A in-game Makoto POV shipfic focusing on her relationship with the protagonist and her early discovery of a certain palace.

Ruby wakes up in a forest with nothing but foggy memories and a letter on a scroll. As she begins to remember the world, she tries to piece together what happened to her, how the world has changed, and most importantly, who Weiss Schnee is and what she used to mean to Ruby; with nothing to guide her but letters from a missing heiress.

Yang wasn't used to leadership, but she wasn't going to accept Ozpin's suggestion of mandatory rest either. Not when it meant losing her spot on Team RWBY. If she had to lead a rookie squad of police officers against the White Fang to prove she could still fight, then so be it. Too bad no one told her the VSPR was made up of Vale's worst criminals, many of which she knew by name.

Time passed since the fight with Torchwick and the White Fang. With less time fighting, the team members of RWBY are able to concentrate on each other, causing a few members to think twice about what their partners actually mean to themselves. Will they follow through with the feelings they harbor or let opportunity slip between their fingers? Bumblebee and White Rose represented.

Ruby's had the same fantasy crush since the first day she saw her in the halls of Beacon High: the ever so perfect Weiss Schnee. All fantasy is false, as she quickly learns, everything in reality is complicated. Maybe that's what makes it worth it? WhiteRose high school AU.

Jaune had no interest in Ozpin's latest training initiative, especially when it pit boys against girls across Beacon. Cowardice or not, he intended to hide and wait the whole thing out. Leading the male alliance wasn't part of the plan, nor was becoming mankind's final hope. He was a coward, an idiot and a weakling. It was just a shame no one would believe him when he said so!

When Jaune woke up back in his house with his sisters and family, all he could do was sigh. Every time he died he was forced to start over again, and this was what... the one thousandth time? More? If it doesn't matter how hard he tries, doesn't matter how much he fights. Then maybe it's time to just kick back and enjoy himself. Fate can find someone else to be its whipping boy.
