Hallo, Domo and G'day Mates. My name is Allosaurus Jei. Its not really but that's my pen name for the foreseeable future.

I love writing, have since I was a child using my imagination to craft huge D&D-esque adventures for me and my cousins. I also love reading, which prompted my initial visits to this site looking for interesting and well-written fics based on my favourite fictional universes and characters (funny that, looking for that on a site called fanfiction.net). Anyhoo I've always been a fanfiction writer, often using it as a way to write through the writer's block I run up against in my original pieces and as an exercise in trying to craft an original story while both using and respecting somebody else work I admire. It has often been this second point which led me away from this site in the past as I never felt I could do the Creator's characters justice and would abandon my projects.

Now however I am trying to seriously conquer my ADhD and persevere through my anxiety and boredom. My recent stints with a therapist and a writing mentor have helped me look inward and see the blocks that were keeping from advancing to my dream of publishing interesting and original work for both myself and others. So I am here, to collect criticism so as to forge my abilities, to publish my works so as to familiarise myself with constant creating and to read. Because above all of that I love nothing more than reading.
