Part of the Bonesology Summer Challenge: take the 100 themes and turn them into story. Here is my solution for the cliffhanger at the end of season 9: Booth has been arrested, Brennan has been detained and the Mighty Hut is no longer so mighty. The writers and producers had their solution, this is mine. Spoilers abound as does speculation.

Afterwords, they head back to his apartment where things go a little further than planned, resulting in a life changing consequence. Will this event bring them together, or cause them to block out each other permanently? Possible B&B happy ending. Set back in Season 6.

Booth and Brennan keep falling together throughout the series and their relationship is greatly affected by the cases they solve.
